Default 2wd with stock rear blocks?

My buddies 2007 f150 2wd has blocks in the rear that look stock and are about an inch tall. Was there an option or package that included the block because mine didn't come with the blocks. We have the same truck other than the color. I would like to get a set of the blocks because it looks like the u-bolts are the same size and it looks good.

I want to know why some 2wd lariats have blocks and some don't. My truck sits dead level but looks higher in the front. I want to add some rake back but don't want more than an inch. I would prefer about .5"

Mines not a Lariat. I thought only the FX2's had the blocks. PM me a price, although shipping may not be worth it, they are HEAVY.

I haven't made up my mind yet on whether I want them. I was mostly curious if anyone knew why
