I do the math to get the sizes... but you can cheat and use the following website for the conversions.
http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp (ignore any size warnings that may pop up)


The simple answer for offset is the measurement in millimeters (mm) from the center of the rim to the hub mounting surface. I could go on describing offset and backspace, but it's easier to google "wheel offset" or "wheel backspace". You will find many websites with descriptions, how to calculate, and diagrams. It’s good to know what it is, but the wheel offset you are looking for is as described above.

I need to wash my truck before I take and post pictures. We just had 20” of snow and my truck is covered in salt.

No clue, but at first glance it looked like a center cap from Helo Wheels.
