When compared on tirecalculator..it shows the circum is increased by 86.39mm(3.4%) and sidewall is increased by 13.75mm(7.7%), question is will it increase the mileage or drop the mileage a bit. REVOLUTION PER MILE IS MINUS 20.53 (-3.3%)

No the width will remain the same, just an increase in height.

I've got 275/70R18 BFG ATs, definitely an improvement over stock, but not a huge difference.

Is this for someone else? Your 04 looks like it's got something wider than 275s on it.
