I agree with your findings (he does not have enough postings to submit a classified), but it doesn't mean he can break the rules I'd think. If that were the case, we'd be sorting through dozens of ads here; I really would not like to do that. This section is for truck discussions, not for posting ads.

I feel his pain, and hope the moderators move it for him. What I'd like to avoid is having classifieds posted here on this section. Nothing personal.

In any event, he gets his thread bumped, until the moderators find it.
