2008 shocks/struts

does the 2008 f150 have struts? I have looked under my hood for all kinds of things but never once did i look to see about that.

MacPherson struts in the front with a shock absorber and leaf spring setup in the rear with a 1 or 1.25 swaybar in the front....im forgetting suspension parts to note im sure

thanks.... that blows my idea of just changing shocks over to aftermarket..
