2008 Ford 150 5.4 stumble
My Ford truck has a stumble between 40-50mph. It has 190,000 freeway miles. Fuel filter, Spark plugs, Mass air flow sensor?

Yeah, i would do those easy things first before throwing any money at it. Get a fuel filter, clean your throttle body, and MAF. Check your fuel pump driver module out, which is the little black box above your spare tire. Remove it and check the backside of it for a hole corroded through it.
