Default 2008 f150 seat heater issue

Hello all, I am having an issue with my factory heaters in the seats of my 2008 f150. When the button is hit for the heater, the 2 lights come on for a second and turn right off. The heaters will not come on. Does this for both seats. I'm not even sure where to start with them.

Hmm, maybe a fuse/relay issue causing them to shut off? Not sure...just shooting in the dark. Can't see both modules being out...so it has to be something electrical..

Sounds like a short somewhere. Check the wiring and any related fuses/relays as mentioned.

I've checked every fuse in the fuse box and they are all good. I'm gonna have to figure out the wiring or find a diagram to go off of.

i have the same problem on the drives side. i've been told the heating element in the seat is broke.

about $500 for the dealer to replace heater element and new foam. actually one piece i believe.

guess my butt is just gonna be chilly until i get the funds for that fix.

What do the seat heater modules look like? Everything under the seats is plugged in. But there's some cut wires. Don't think they should be there.
