Hypertech makes a calibration tool for about 200 bucks ( I think) and most of the tuners have a speedo recalibration setting as well, I paid like 200 for my edge evolution used on eBay and it worked like a charm. I already had the hypertech calibration tool but sadly I sold it after making quite a bit of money on craigslist, doing what you ask? Recalibrating speedometers of course at about 30 bucks a pop. Great business opportunity in my opinion

How did you do this with your Edge tuner? To recalibrate the tire size using your tuner, you first have to "marry" it to the truck. Tuners have only so may marry/unmarrys allowed before they require a reset from the manufacturer, and at a cost.

I'd be interested in learning how to recalibrate with the edge tuner as well. Mine is off about 3-4mph after going with my new tire size.

You will go to the power programming screen of your evolution. Select which tune you want (1)(2)(3) and then you will select yes on create a custom program. Scroll down and you will see tire size. Correct it to yours ( it's in MM and your edge owners manual has the conversion for most tire sizes) I can post the picture if I need to, and then you will chose that tune and it will automatically correct your speedo. Good luck gents.
