I just got a nice 2008 F150 Harley Davidson edition truck with power folding mirrors. The mirrors fold and unfold just fine, however the passenger side mirror is loose at the hinge in normal position, with a fair amount of "jiggle" up and down. I tried the suggestion in the manual to fold/unfold until I hear a click, when the mirror should reset, but the looseness persists.

Does anyone know how I can tighten this mirror at the hingepoint, or do I need to see the local dealer for repairs? Any info is appreciated.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue on driver side. Hope someone else does.
