Yukon makes good gears.. and if you had to trim for the 37's you may have problems with 38's especially going 2" wider .. 13.50 to 15.50

How do the 20x12s fit? Did you use them with a smaller lift at some point in time? Looking to get 20x12s if they will work with 4 inch lift or so

They fit good no issues at all. I started out with a 6 inch lift and 35's for a week and realized I wasn't happy with it. So I added a 3 inch body lift and put the 37's on.

I think I may have to put a leveling kit on it to fit the 38's. Of course I'm not sure if my T-bars are cranked up either. If they are not then I may be able to achieve enough hight that way. Then cut the shackles in half and weld 2 inches of steel in between.

I actually did that once and it worked well. Of course I don't haul stuff or put any amount of weight in my bed.

Yeah. But for how cheap shackles are. Makes no sense to modify some

The width will kill you, I had a 2006 FX4 with a 6" pro comp and 3" body. I had 37's on 20x10's and it was only minor trimming. I went to 38's also but due to the width I had to get coilovers and throw a level on top of it to get the extra 2" of clearance.

Are you running a 6 or 7 stretched to 9 or a 6+3?
