Well the ABS was first.
How do I know if its fully releasing? I know the past winter, the ebrake got frozen in place a few times, so its possible something was damaged.
I dont believe it to be my cluster as some posts suggest but i dont know for sure.

Gotta pull the back brake assembly off and inspect the E-Brake shoes and mech..the release lever and adjustment wheel get corroded and cause problems.

this may help an issue that just popped up on my 2007...U2023 and C1296 and BlueDriver shows the second fault being the left front wheel speed sensor...

are there any recommendations on who's part I need to buy for this fix???...I know with many repairs Motorcraft products are recommended but I see on RockAuto that the price varies from just more than $10 to more than $118...

2007 S'Crew 4WD Lariat...5.4 3V

Thanks for any feedback or experience you care to share

ok...my fix for this turned out to be a new driver's front wheel hub...had movement when the truck was lifted in the air and it was learned that my front brakes needed replacement...my F150 is mechanically right as rain again...Napa parts were sourced...

I am glad I didn't rely on BlueDriver's initial diagnosis as what my truck needed...a nice bit of food for thought on using a mere reader over perhaps buying a somewhat better scanner...
