Default 2008 F150 4.6L idling issue, stalling out

Can anyone recommend what to check for this problem.

When in Drive and waiting for any length of time at a red light or in traffic, the engine starts to want to choke out and vibrate. You can see the Tach do the same. If I do not keep the rev's up, the truck will stall out.

I am getting a 2197 code when the truck is about to stall out (which is becoming more frequent). A 2195 O2 sensor code usually also gets flagged. No other codes, just the 2197 then the 2195.

Recent maintenance:
replaced both O2 sensors, all new Ford sparks plugs, 3 coil packs. Hard to confirm but cannot hear or see any vacuum leaks. Mileage on the truck is around 80k. Truck works fine and has plenty of get up and go otherwise.

A friend suggested I should check a part of the fuel pump underneath the spare tire. Apparently the boards can corrode after some time.

Much appreciate any recommendations.

P2195 and P2197 are lean codes. Which actually means the pcm is adjusting the air/fuel ratio for specific driving conditions. The O2 sensor(s) are seeing the lean condition but the pcm cannot adjust sufficiently and now you have a dtc. Try cleaning the maf sensor. I think that's a good place to start.

Recently became aware that I have 2 rear broken manifold bolts, this was discovered during a routine exhaust check (louder noise from the exhaust area). No fault codes. Would a leaky manifold cause idling issues and stall outs ?

Did you check the FPDM? Did you clean the MAF sensor?
