Im new to the forum, so I apologize if this is already been asked. I have a 2008 STX, and a friend of mine has a 2010. The door chimes and the blinker have totally different sounds then mine.I'm not sure if they are interchangeable. I would love to swap them out, and see if they will work in my truck, but before I take them apart, does anyone know if it would work? I'm so tired of the dinging in mine, the sound his makes sounds newer. Sorry if that sounds like a strange idea.

I'm with you!!! I want a new one haha. The chime is under the dash I believe. Ive been looking to change mine too. I've always liked the gm ones but it's integrated into the audio system on there's. I have looked around a bit just never seriously switched it.
