2008 5.4 stalling after warm up
Hey everyone this is my first time posting. My 2008 F150 5.4v 4x4 has been stalling after it has warmed up and running down the road. No codes. I know this seems to be a problem with this truck. These are the things that I have done and ruled out.
New alternator (old one was bad)
Battery tested and is good
New Fuel pump driver module. (was very corroded and cracked)
Cleaned MAF
Cleaned Throttle Body
New TPS
Any ideas on where to look next would be much appreciated!

You are gonna get codes and it will most likely not be pretty. Our 5.4's use a timing system that only performs well from good oil pressure. So basically when your truck is at full operating temperature, the oil pressure is at its lowest. By stalling, your truck is telling you that the oil pressure is too low and your timing system is not able to do its job. Hope you get codes soon, but my feeling is your timing system, which includes oil pump is on its last leg.

I will add the connector failure on my fuel module
I and some others changed fuel module only to have it act up intermittently . The problem was a gasket in the connector acting up . I pulled mine out and that was the end of that problem . I cleaned the connector out several times and finally saw this bluish gasket . I can only think it acted like a spring and intermittently pushed the contacts apart . It must have quit on me ten or so times .
It never was a problem until I proactively changed the module . Once disturbed it drove me nuts on the hottest days of the year. I never did change that connector . Nothing like laying under a truck in the heat barely getting it off the road ,changed that module back to orginal several times ,luckily I still had it with me . I one point I cleaned the plug with cologne that I had with me . Then I sent for contact cleaner .
I had this feeling that it was a fuel problem and I was right .
