Default Transfer case removal

First off please advise if miss categorized. Short story shorter I lost first and second last weekend while camping (P0731 and P0732 od off trans error etc.) After a bit of research it has become apparent that the transmission needs rebuilt. I have been able to find a pdf of the workshop manual on how to drop the transmission however I have found no detailed information on how to remove the transfer case as it is the second step my progress is frustrating. If anybody has access to section 308-07a of the workshop manual or simply knows the best way to remove the top few bolts connecting t-case to tranny and can advise of any other complications separating the two (i.e. electrical, gas or other connections hidden on top) it would be greatly appreciated.

i know on my jeep xj when i replaced the trans case i undid all the tranny mounts, put a jack under it and let it sag as far as i could to make room in the trans tunnel, i then cut a open end wrench to a specific size to fit in there and actually be able to turn
