I have already checked the fuse and the relay. They both are good by checking on my multimeter and I have switched known good fuses and relays to the blower fuse and relay location and they still don't give me power. I have also jumpered the 4 fan switch wires with each other in every in every combination and nothing happens.

What is the fan controller you refer to? Is this the module that is connected to the radio face plate and has the fan switch/temp dial and heater/AC mode switch? Is there any way to test this?

Thanks.

Dropped it off today at a local repair shop. He spent some time on it today and did not get to the bottom of it yet. He said he is trying to locate the control module for the heater controls since it is not in the area where his literature tells him it should be. I'm not really sure what or where this is - any ideas?
I mentioned that I was messing with some of the connectors located above the fuse panel on passenger side when I did my radio install. I had to locate a reverse sensor wire to tie my backup camera to. He is going to look at that area to see if I messed something up in that area.
Anyone have any ideas of where to find the module that controls the heater/AC and blower controls?
