Default 2007 Ford steering

Hey all, I am just wondering if anyone may have an idea as to why my steering has odd play. With the wheel centered if you turn it to the right it responds immediately, however when you turn it from center to the left it goes approx to 10 o'clock before any response. Thanks

I just installed leveling spacers on my 07 and before it had alot of play in the steering. After tightening down the bolts on the suspension with the kit in place, the steering is as tight as it was when i bought the truck and drives better

I have kind of noticed this with my 06 a little too. Always thought it was just road crown. I would not same I dont have any respone until the 10 O' clock position but while turning to the right it does respond more then at the same spot while going to the left...

LSUFX2...what are all the bolts that you tighten/ re-tighten?

All I did to install spacers was unbolt the suspension : control arms, sway bar, shock tower, etc. And just bolted everything back in place and I noticed a huge difference in response with the steering.
