Well I use mine for a daily driver, long trip/hauling truck so it seems to work just fine now I just replaced both vcts and seals with the latest version.

Edge with Gryphon upgrade or SCT with 5 Star tunes. I have a 07 5.4 2WD Supercrew and drive 40 miles a day round trip to work at an average of 55mph. I have true dual exhaust and an Edge and get 18mpg according to my Edge readout. Hand calculated is closer to 17.2 so I am happy with it.

The very best thing I did was get the edge tuner for my truck. The power increase was very nice. I got it mainly because I couldn't stand the throttle lag, and the way it controlled the transmission. After the tuner it is 100% better. I found a used CTS on ebay for just under 200 bucks.

I have noticed an increase in Millage as well. I was averaging 14 in town. Now I have only seen 1 tank under 14. I have been averaging 16. Almost always between 15-17. Much much better!

I know some don't see any MPG improvement, but I sure did. That was just extra. I would keep it if I didn't see any improvement just because it made the truck so much more drivable. My buddy has the 4wd version of my truck, and can't believe the difference on how mine drives. He is getting an edge soon

I put on Flowmaster Super 40, did the ABS DWE mod to the air intake, put on a tonneau cover and have a stock gryphon tuner and I get 20 MPG highway if I milk it. I have to set the cruise at like 74ish though. Not sure what the speed limits are around you though. But I commute on I70 everyday.

It takes a while to get over how sexy the exhaust sounds, but once you get used to it, it can save you moneys!

I have an 06 XLT SCREW.
