I am new to this forum and also new to trucks. I just got my first truck today and am wondering what mods I could do to increase gas mileage. I just got the truck today and don't know what I get now but I know that it could always be better, so I'm just looking for suggestions. Thanks!

A tuner can help out a bit but other than that you are not looking at breaking the 18 mpg mark. I drive mine like a baby with an SCT tuner and i struggle to get 16.

There isnt a whole lot that can be done until a tuner is applied. Afterwards you can make some decent power with certain bolt-ons and other work.
