Default 2007 4.6 3-4 and 4-3 shift issues

Fluid is within acceptable range, nice and red no sign of metal or other contaminant. The truck has 120k on it and had a warrantied trans rebuild at 58k due to a bad bearing. If I turn off overdrive the truck runs perfect. If I drive under 2k rpm its not noticeable and at WOT it seems to work right as well. No check engine and no pending codes either.

So for about a week now ive been having some firm 3-4 shifts. So firm the truck slams into 4th. Yesterday it got a bit worse, now it will rev slightly before shifting into 4th and still slams into gear. On the 4-3 down shift it will rev a bit and slam into 3rd as well. Are these trans good for only 60k!? Lol. i read on another forum about maybe an e-clip coming off the overdrive servo? This comes at a horrible time as i wanted to trade the thing in on a 2015 but don't want to loose my butt on trade in because of a bad trans. Any helps appreciated

Just found this on another thread:
