Default 2006 V8 5.4 Super Crew missing when engine warms up

My ford pickup will drive okay in the mornings but once the engine warns up it starts missing or anytime you go uphill. Auto zone showed CEL codes were: P0420- catalyst efficiency low bank 1. P0349- camshaft position sensor A circuit intermittent. P0345- camshaft sensor A circuit bank 2. P0018 camshaft position correlation bank 2 sensor A. Any help?

Jumped timing and/or failed or failing Cam phaser. 420 caused by to much gas getting into the Cat. Cam position sensor intermittent because the "Finger" or "trigger" arm on phaser is not in the correct position (jumped timing) to trigger the sensor.
