Default 2006 reg cab leveling question.

My dad has a 06 stx reg cab. I wsnt to get him a leveling for his birthday. What is the height of kit that he would need to level oot his reg cab?

i went with a 3" level on my 04 f150

I went with autospring 2" and I'm close to level. I think 2.5 would have perfectly level.

I put a 2 inch Tough Country kit in mine and actually ended up at 2.5 inches. I would not want to go any higher than that due to the angles of the CV joints. Also if you go any higher, you end up nose high with any kind of load in the back.

I didnt know if there was a daystar that was around an inch just for the front. I just want to eliminate the rake. He doesnt need a big lift or anything.

If i put the comfort ride 2.5 inch lift in the front do i need to put anything in the back?or will the 2.5 in the front level it by itself?

Measure from ground to center of wheel well front and back to find out what level kit is closest for you. My truck needed a 2.5 level, but evey truck is different. And you dont need any blocks in the rear if you are just leveling front to match rear.

lol... I just told you to measure... normally 2-2.5 will level it...is it 2WD or 4WD ?? and with a correct size spacer in the front ...you will need to do nothing to the rear to achieve a leveled truck.

You will need to re-align the front after you install a level.
