Changing my spark plugs....I went to take off the coil and the spring was stuck to the plug. Is the coil still good or should I replace it immediately??

Go to Rock Auto and get new COP boots they come with new springs ( STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS Part # CPBK240 $22 for a set of 8) If you order just the boots they will ship them US mail so you will have them in a couple days.

As for the COP its most likely still good. Replace the boots and springs first.
If you get a new COP get a Motorcraft one

Yep, boots and springs are not part of the coil. Your coil is likely still good.

Replace the springs and boots. Boots are insulators and if faulty will ground out and cause a misfire. Think of them as spark plug wires..,.
