What do you think about running without that sensor?

Default Some DTC's would sure help

This has to be the longest running thread I've ever seen that is based on pure "recollection" and speculation what the DTC's were. Since my last reply, I haven't seen a single post based on anything other than your original "recollection" of what codes it was throwing.

I don't know if this is getting us any closer to a resolution or not - but I would say (Just as MHOWELL34 said) -- if that has happened, YES that definitely mistimed it!

But - get the diagnostic codes.

Might be the fuel pump driver module. Mine did the same thing. It’s mounted to the frame above the spare tire. What happens is over time since it’s metal to metal contact. It corrodes and cracks the base. Just take a look and see if it corroded. If it is. Then that could possibly be your problem.
