Default 2006 ford f-150 xlt 4x4
When turning, I can hear and feel like a popping sound under the floor board of the driver side. Any ideas what this may be and fixes ?

Most likely it's your sway bar bushing.

Hope you do not have it in 4 x 4 drive on dry pavement.
