Still not working. Cleaned connections and changed the battery. Pcm relay?

The battery terminals on my 04 were made of some material that reacted very poorly with the cooper in the wire and or lead terminals and corroded to the point that there was very little material left between connector and wire. Look again. Coke will clean terminals up with no effort.
