I've seen a few different charts with very similar information to this before.
I agree with the other guys, buy a programmer if you really want to monitor it. The programmers contain so many other useful settings that they are worth it.

My 2007 runs 150* most of the time. I have seen over 200* while 4x4ing in snow, but only 170* while going up some mountains in 75* temps this summer.

I have the 4.6L, my normal is in the 150s but in the mountains or 80MPH on a hot day it goes into the low 200s. Highest I have seen it is 210 going up a mountain at high RPMs. High altitude probably has some effect on the temps, I am over a mile high most of the time. Any other 4.6L owners have similar temps? I was at a transmission shop a while back and the tech looked at my fluids and said they looked good, not burnt, so I don't think I have cooked it too much!!!

146-160 is my range, never had over 165 towing two quads (not sure the comparison on a travel trailer though).
I do have the tow package with the transmission cooler so I'm not sure if that makes a big difference and if others mentioning the 200 range have that as well?
