2006 f150 plugs and coils

Prepare to get bent over if yer engine is a 5.4L 3V. You did not specify. If it's a 4.6L 2V you are somewhat in luck, as the plug breakage issue is moot, and the plugs are cheaper. Estimates below assume a 3V.
Shop prices for COPs (DG-511's) is ~$60+ each. For Plugs (MC SP-515's) it's ~ $20+ each. So that's $640 to start, not including shop labour. Typical charges are ~$300+ , if none break. There may or may not be an additional surcharge per broken plug.
These rates are up to the specific dealer - and appear to be all over the map. I'd acquire firm estimates (in writing) from all the dealers you have access to. And even a few indepndents if possible.
So bank on ~$1,000 give or take.
IF you buy the parts from Rockauto.com, you will save a bundle. Find a reputable independent shop who has done 3V's, a talented friend, or learn to do it yerself. Many have. A LOT of resources on this site and elsewhere to assist you.
good luck!

Well I have a shutter going on. And I know that is caused from a misfire. So I know it's one or the other. But with my truck at 82,000 I may as well just replace plugs and coils

Yes - at 82,000 yer overdue for plug change. Ford revised plug R&R down to 60K from the ridiculous 100K it previously was, lol.
5.4L 3V, right?
I'd follow Summers22 's advice and try to save some $$$. Just do plugs & new boots. You can always replace COP's yerself later on - that is relative cake to do. Or - depending upon the specific misfire code, isolate and change only the COP (s) that are failing.
good luck!

Definitely do the plugs, that is most likely to cure the stuttering. While you are at it, since you are removing the COP's anyway, get a set of 8 boots and springs for $32, cheap insurance compared to 8 COP's. I file down the copper contact in the COP nipple with a fingernail file that is cut in half (have about 10 on hand) and apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the new spring before putting it on the contact. I did this on a Superduty that I sold with 175K and a Excursion that I sold with 140K, and NEVER had a COP go bad.
It's your money, but $32 for boots and springs sure beats $480 for COP's.
