Default 2006 f150 performance belt squeal

Hey guys. I have a f150 flareside with the 5.4l v8 2wd. I bought the truck with a airraid cai and some sort of dual exhaust on it. It seamed to fall on its face when I steped on it so I was looking for a tuner and found a guy with a dyno and had it custom tuned. It was 297 rwhp when he started and now has 403rwhp. The only problem I have is when he changed the shift points to 5500 rpm and adjusted the shift pressures it will squeal when it shifts from 2nd to 3rd. I was told this is the alternator over spinning. does anyone know where I can get a larger pulley or one with a clutch? or any ideas what to try. sorry for being so long. thanks

no it is custom tuned with airraid cai, dual exhaust, custom cam, domed pistons and some sort of head work. It was all done except the tune before I got it. The tune is what made it all work together. When I bought it the guy said he kept putting money into it but the performance seemed to not be worth it. All he would have had to do it have it dyno tuned for $300 and he would have probably kept the truck.

The belt thing is something you will never really get rid of.A Goodyear Gatorback belt will help a lot.My truck and Stang both do it at times. The guys that are supercharged all run the Gatorback belt with good results...

cool thanks so much

I will get a gator back belt asap.

Also spoke with a tech at tousley ford today who does the performance stuff and he said I may want to try a underdrive pulley set. So I ordered one he said it would also add some pickup.
