2006 f150 lariat rear glass window leak

It shouldn't be getting that wet inside your cab. I don't have any weatherstripping on my back slider. I took it all off mine. As long as you aren't spraying water inside the window, you should be okay.

How wet does it get just from the environment. Mine leaks a little bit, but not very much from rain.

No...I still have a leak, but at this point I think that the majority of the leak that I have is coming from the front...I was having the massive third light leak, replaced that, and still have leaks from time to time.
I took the plugs out of the gutters so that when it does leak, they can drain. I bought several one inch rubber stoppers that I can shove in the holes when it starts raining and I am driving in it...
As for how much...I have had quarts of rain end up in the wells over the years...so much so that there was sloshing when I would stop. Took the sills off and was horrified to see the amount of water on both sides, popped the grommets and the water spilled out like I had been river crossing. I can't see into the corners, I just hope I have no rust, as the cab corners are allegedly a potential rust area.

Any resolution to the leaking sliding window? I found the set of seals that can be purchased separately for the sliding window, but have not been able to find info on the repair process.

it took me months to get ford to finally order the right weather stripping.. they kept telling me it's not a replaceable part.. but i finally talked to a woman who was determined to get it for me and she was able to get it via ford. it freaking cost 85.00 for 4 pieces of weather stripping..
i haven't had time to go pick it up yet BUT the repair is pretty simple all 4 pieces of weather stripping just pull off.. and put the new pieces on
depends how hard it rains.. somedays i will have water sloshing around for the first 30 mins drive till it drains out some days i hear nothing. i want to get it fixed to prevent rust/mold

Is this a power sliding center window setup? Although, I'd bet the manual slider would be the same as far as leaking is concerned.
I just purchased a manual rear window slider setup; it appears that the slider is "tight", but I'll find out about leakage when it gets installed.

Here are the original weatherstripping replacements from Ford:
http://www.fordparts.com/Commerce/Ca...o=42052#Search
And here are the aftermarket ones from Tasca:
http://www.tascaparts.com/auto-parts...r=6l3z1542052a
For both links, the weatherstripping is the same for both manual and power sliding windows.
How do you know this? Just from my initial assessment, which was about 1 minute so not very thorough, the two side felt seals seem like the window would need to come out. You sure all 4 could be replace while the window assembly is still installed?

I just did mine, at the least the bottom and passsenger side...the top and drivers side were not bad.
I think it should be said that the strips need to be glued down, I used a wooden shafted long q-tip to dab 3M gorilla snot yellow weatherstriping adhesive down the ridge of the strip and then placed it in the groove. Make sure you clean out the groove of any other old adhesive, it will have gotten hard and nasty, but should come out pretty easily. The strip seems too long, I cut mine a bit to fit, but in retrospect, I think it is just the right length and I should have cut it...just jam it in there an it will set.
Be careful of the glue...that 3m yellow stuff is not as evil as the black stuff, but is the bride of satan if not old scratch himself. Cover the backs of the seats, have lots of paper towels and wear surgical gloves...trust me here.
