Cobra 29 should have a simple plug in on the back. Standard headphone jack, then run the wire that will come with the speaker to the engine bay where you can mount the speaker in any given hole. Mine is on the right side in a little hole next to the power distributor

So when I pay for the $70 speaker, it will come with a long enough cord with a head phone jack on the other end to run it from the engine bay to the back of the cobra?

Give me a little bit and I'll take you a pic of my mounting spot.

Yeah I'll show you mine too. I didn't look at your cart, but why are you spending 70 dollars on just the speaker? I got mine for 12. Hold on I'll post the pa horn I have

PYLE PSP8 All Weather 5-Inch Trumpet Speaker by Pyle
Amazon.com: PYLE PSP8 All Weather 5-Inch Trumpet Speaker: Car Electronics Amazon.com: PYLE PSP8 All Weather 5-Inch Trumpet Speaker: Car Electronics

This has about a 10" pre wired cord that will plug right up to the back of the 29. Assuming your 29 is the same as my 29LTD

lol, that's why I emphasized the $70. Surely after spending $70 on a PA, it should include everything with it. I want something loud so I can tell people to get out of the left lane, and run crazy animal noises through it.

Haha well the one I have is pretty loud, and much cheaper lol. I guess you'll need to pick on and just make sure it is pre wired with a headphone jack, and make sure your radio is pre-equipped for a PA system, which it more than likely is. Pretty much standard nowadays

This was on my 98, so it's kind of irrelevant, but it can give you an idea of how to mount it. Just find a hole in your engine bay basically.

I don't want to spend more money than I have to. What PA do you have? If it's loud AND cheap, that's the one I'm looking for.

No like I said this speaker is from my siren system I had in the truck, it's the kind used on emergency vec., the one taylorbowl119 posted is mostly plastic, the one I have is all metal. Plus I stayed with it because it's compact.
