Default 2006 F150 coolant leak

Hello,

I just went outside to take my truck somewhere and I realized there was coolant on the driveway. I started it up and white smoke came pouring out.

The leak looks like it is coming from a tube on the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side.

Any help would be awesome!

Thanks

Edit: My truck is only smoking/leaking when I turn my A/C on in my truck. What could this mean? I noticed my a/c hasnt been as cold as it has been in the past.

Coolant and A/C have nothing to do with each other, they're divorced completely from each other.
