2006 f150 5.4 triton misfire help

I did read your post sir ty for the input
When I pulled the fule rail there was no leakage from injectors.
I was about to pull all plugs and COP's again when I found this problem.
I still want to inspect the new plug that I put in 4.
I have inspected all connections and all seem ok. If I could find engine schematics I would test continuity through the circuit but I have not found any yet.
I removed all COP's and inspected. No corrosion on indication that they would be bad and have swapped them multiple times to diferent spots.
The PCM issue is last on my list cause I would be at the dealer by then.
I like to think I am a pretty good mechanic been doing it for years on my own vehicles and military vehicles.
So while I appreciate your post and want not unless you can tell me what to pin out on the harness all I can check for is shorts then. And no shorts have been found.
Love the collaboration we are having.
My theory at the moment is that I need to do something with the cat as I may have already fixed my problem but having lingering effects from the previous fault that destroyed my cat. Hence me debating on CAT removal just for diagnosis of any lingering misfire faults. I may be rambling now sorry.

Monitored misfire live data - Mode$06?
Monitored VCT PIDs?
May want to read this: http://www.f150online.com/forums/v8-...-problems.html

Thanks that thread helped me inspect my VCT solenoids. They look great but I have no way of properly testing them.
I have a code reader. I am not smart enough to read the PID's are the live data sorry
My code reader is not state of the art by anymeans so I may have to take the truck to the dealer ship
As far as pulling the valve cover and inspecting for a broken rocker... Doubt that would clear up after the engine is warm and make the truck drive normal.
I am trying to drop my exhaust no just to see if the truck idles smooth with the CAT portion eliminated. Bolts are soaking in PB blaster at moment so It may be tomorrow before it is dropped.
I have two new injectors, two new spark plugs and another coil sitting front of me If I need to replace those other wise I will take them back.
If its more complicating than the cat, injector, COP then I will have to take it to the dealer for diagnosis as they have the expensive troubleshooting tools.
TY again
If I am off my rockers lol let me know I am just trying to figure this crap out.

Still having the problem. Kinda learned to live with it. And always hit the interstate to rev the **** out of it an get it to smooth out.
Shop checked and in suspect cylinders i have no compression at idle. But once i clear it driving like crazy on interstate compression is normal!
Had the ecm reprogramed and have run every throttle body clean u can imagine through it since the best idea is a valve is sticking.
Can i remove valve covers and inspect what do i look for. And anyone have a write up on valve cover removal.
Starting to think i need to start saving for a new engine.
