2006 f-150 5.4 v8
I have an 06 screw 5.4 3V that has a blown engine. Zero compression on cylinder 1. What is the best route to go? Go used? Put in a crate? Rebuild current one? All input is appreciated.

Depends on what you're doing with the truck. Do you plan on driving the wheels off it? If yes I would put a new crate engine in it. The price of a new engine is far less then a new truck.
