I can't remember if you did the fuel filter or not. Also don't remember if you did the vct selonoids . I think these can cause some issues. These 2 arent too bad of a job. Thats the only things I can think of for now. I have to go back and re read your info

No. Didn't do either of those. How would I go about those? Also, we think plugs were done around 100k miles. It's at 137k.

Update - Changed the VCT selonoids and its running like a champ. Idle is smooth and the skip seems to be gone. Great suggestions...thanks for all the help!
