I have a 2006 f150 with a 5.4 I have already added most simple upgrades like programer, exhaust, headers, cold air intake, and throttle body spacer but as with anything I want more hp any ideas on somewhat cheap horsepower upgrades I might have missed or not thought about. I don't really want to start tearing into the motor and doing cams and things yet.

E-fans and under drive pulley will work. You may want to upgrade your alternator to compensate for a smaller pulley but you don't have to. Your windows will roll up slower. Thats the cheapest I could come up with since you have everything else.

Efans as stated. 4.11 gears will help. Cams are a huge waste of money verses a supercharger. Forced induction is where the power is. A custom tune will help. The can tunes aren't giving you what you could have.
