2005 Lariat Radio substitution

7L2T-18C869-AE

This part number is from a 2007 Ford Escort. The radio looks the same as the f-150 radio/cd player. Can anyone confirm the compatibility of the unit in an 05 Lariat?

I have a 6 disc changer out of a lariat... I know you must use the right one if you have steering wheel controls.
