2005 grind/scratch occasionally when starting???

2005 grind/scratch occasionally when starting???
so far;
4 starters,
flywheel/gear,
alternator,
battery
have all been replaced.
It could happen in the morning, middle of day, doesn't matter.
I do stop and start my truck alot[30-40] times a day.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
It will grind 1 maybe 2 times, then start just fine.
THE TIMES THAT IT GRINDS, IT DOESN'T START
