Default 2005 FX4 Grinding/Ringing Noise

2005 F150 FX4
5.4L
Airaid CAI
Otherwise stock

Problem: Grinding/ringing noise when idling and most noticeably on acceleration from a stop (really bad in a drive thru for example).

Any help would be great. I am working on attaching a sound file. Let me know if it works or not.

The problem is worst when it is cold if that helps.

That was my first thought as well. What is the most common culprit? Idler bearing?

Are there any kits that have bearings for all the pulleys or is it gonna be a one by one type deal?

Thanks for the help.

Idler pulley is very inexpensive like $25 or less
