Question 2005 f150 vibration

i have a 2005 f150 xlt extended cab with 87,000 miles on it, and i bought it used and ever sence ive owned it i have had a vibration in the steering wheele at speeds between 40-50 mph when i bought it the deal was new tires so i got bfg long trail t/a and i didnt notice it on the test drive but my roters were so warped i dont know if i would have any way. took it to my mecanic and he said tires and rims are fine and he can see it in my drive shaft so i rebuilt the drive shaft and reballanced it, no change so he said it had to be my tranny so i rebuilt it, no change had rear end serviced looks good, new plugs boots and egr valve and fuil filter no change front end is tite and breaks and wheel bearings looks good im stumped. and broke now!!

Did they ever test the alignment on your truck?

That usually causes steering wheel vibration at higher speeds.

Yep no help still same I have Supposedly the year and model that had the rough idle that is Characteristic of my truck and now my mechanic says it is related to that and just drive it still don't know if I should live with it or not two dealerships and two Certified mechanics haven't been able to figure it out yet I feel like I'm wasting my money right now. Maybe drive it for a While and hopefully it will get worse and be Obvious what it is in the future.

Have you replaced ball joints/tie rod ends/sway bar links?

My old ones were shot and my steering wheel shook pretty good on the hwy. Now it's pretty rock solid.
