it's the long piece that would surround the wheel bearing that goes to the uca and the lca I'm afraid they don't include it. If it is included, then I'm ordering myself a lift kit (btw it's the steered knuckle just realized it after I finished typing)

The steering knuckle is the pink piece in the picture. The kit you posted and the one I posted come with them. The one you posted looks a tad bit different than the one I posted, but both should work. Just transfer your stock parts onto the new ones and you should be set.

ok so i contacted the place that sells the lift kit today and they said that i would need the second component box which means im stuck with spending 1500 on a lift. however i am not giving up. i'm going to try and find a used lift and if i cant when i get the money i will buy a new one. Thanks for all of your assistance.

Ok so a little update. I did a nationwide craigslist search an I didn't find anything. If y'all know anyone with a 2004-2008 2wd lift kit for and f150. I would be interested. Thanks.

I will definitely let you know if I see or hear anything man. I'll check the next time I am at the scrapyard. It will be within the next couple weeks. They have a couple 04-08 f1fiddys that still have lift kits on them. We could work out a price with shipping.

Sounds good. Sounds like you know what to look for in a used lift kit. If you come across anything good, let me know.
