Default 2005 F-150 Programmer

yes i know this topic has been covered numerous times, but i want to bring it back up to get a clear answer. i have a 2005 f150 CC 5.5' XLT 4x4 with the 5.4L, and i would like to know what you all think the best programmer is? i have a K&N CIA and true dual straights already, and want to know what one will work the best with those add ons. ive heard that these engines run lean with the CIA and trying to figure out how to fix that. Power hungry performance no longer does custom tunes for edge cs/cts and that was the one i was leaning towards, but trying to get some opinions. also what else should i do, short of super charger/turbo setups, to get so more power? E-fans, underdrive pulleys?

love my sct x4, the out of the box tunes are nice improvement over stock and it can hold a number of custom tunes, 10 I think??
It has lots of options such as cold air intake, turn off rear 02 sensors, shift points, shift press.,etc.
I have the spectre cai and with my tuner on I've had no problems at all with it running lean.
I'm running it on my 04 with the 5.4 motor

I have a Hypertech Max energy. It isnt too popular here.
It's been installed in my truck for 4 years now and I'm happy with it. The acceleration is there, the shift points are set. Good to go.
Got it used on this site & cant justify spending more money to switch up to a different programmer for a little more hp.
