Default 2005 F-150 Lariat vibration when driving have looked at about all i can.need help!

Truck vibrates between 1200 And 1800 rpm. Just had wheels balanced, Tranny serviced, New spark plugs, engine and rear end oil changed, and can't seem to find the vibration! Feels like the engine!I pulled the injector plugs one at a time and there are no dead cylinders.any suggestions would be great thanks!

I would have the U-joints in the driveshaft checked. Not that it is a common problem but its something frequently overlooked.

x3^^

Also check the rear end bearings/pinion
E-brake
Could also be that your drive-shaft could be unbalanced

Try a compression test, could be a burnt valve. Make sure the balancer hasn't spun.

i think it`s something in the engine because when the oil warms up i get a ticking sound on the passenger side.i don`t know if the valve lash [or valves] are adjustable! it`s not the cam phasers, i`m sure, it`s one cylinder.i have pulled the injector wires one at a time and then the cylinder goes dead [very distinct]. i also know it`s on the passenger side because i can hear what almost sounds like a periodic baffle sound in the tail pipe! kinda hard to explain in text! during low rpm acceleration i can feel a rythmatic [like a cylinder not firing at it`s full potential] vibration,it seems to not be quit as noticeable during heavier acceleration.kinda stumped! i`m new to this version of the 5.4! i will do a compression check this weekend like you suggested, thank for your input.

I'm.thinking it might be the front sealed bearings in the front hubs, there $82.00 a piece. I'll jack it up and check them out this weekend!

If you have a hub bad enough to vibrate the truck, I wouldn't drive it. When hubs start going out they make a woosh woosh woosh sound.
