has anyone installed fog or driving lights in the space below the grill?

Ive done this before. Was pretty simple. I didn't use the cigarette lighter so I used that for the switch. Looks decent and I didn't have to cut into the dash.

I installed ones off from an 05 SD on mine had to cut the mounting brackets up a little. While I was doing it I also installed 2 led clearance lights on top of the tranny cooler facing upwards to kinda make the grill glow. I wired the fog lights in with the low beams via a relay. I will get you a pic after work if you want
