My 2005 fx4 is in the shop getting new spark plugs. One broke off during removal and is costing me an extra $300. I dont know what the total is yet.

Looks my truck is over the covered mileage and it's not at a dealer. What should I do to try and get reimbursed for this nightmare?

I don't think you can. I stripped threads on mine since it had only 2-3 threads holding it in. Had to helicoil it and still holding up.
