Ask them to explain what cause the starvation. They were the last ones in there and now your engine is ruined? Oil pickup in the pan has a metal strainer so unless your engine hasn't received regular oil changes and is loaded with sludge there is no reason that one side of your engine should seize up. They were in their working on your phasers what if they over or over tightened your cam upon reassembly? Your looking at a big bill. Don't be so quick to take their word for it or let them blame it on the engine.

I am going by there today. They didn't do the work last time but the guy who did is really good with these trucks. The truck gets very regular oil changes and was running perfectly. He didn't remove the cam to do the work last time. They said the cam was all messed up and the shear pins in the phasr were broken so the phasr seized up
