Get the 4WD/ IWE problems fixed.
2 things there are killing your mileage.
1. front hubs locked in and the extra rotating mass of the driveshafts
2. a vacuum leak from a bad IWE. which changes the A/F mix and the 02 reads that and adds more fuel

Well I am pretty sure that everyone has made a financial mistake before and learned from it without being bashed at a site that they were looking for help. You are right, sometimes the truth is a little hard to hear, but sometimes, it doesn't need to be said at all, they already know. Thanks for your helpful assistance with this problem.
