2004 Workshop Manual INDEX?
Hi All! I have the Ford Factory Workshop Manual for the 2004 F150 New design (2004-2009) but i'm missing some important pages. Does anyone out there have just the index in digital or scanned/jpg format. I have the Alphabetical Index from A-first part of K. I'm missing the INDEX portion of K-Z. If anyone has just the index it would be super helpful. Thanks again. New member to the forum. Dan
