Lightbulb 2004 v8 5.4l 2WD New body 8ft bed.

Hey guys,
Just lost all my cluster gauges and AC in a tragic electrical accident! The lights still come on in cluster, indicator arrows blink when activated but everything else is dead! AC stopped blowing cold (figured its all related).

I have no idea where to start with this. Pretty sure all the fuses are good. Limited knowledge of relays, and wiring. I've bought a new cluster and installed it hoping that was the issue but the new one has exact same problem, so don't think its it's not the cluster itself.

Anyone got some direction??

I hate electrical troubleshooting as well. Pretty sure all the fuses are good doesnt sound like you have checked them though, that would be first thing. If you do find one that is blown, I would also look to see why it blew. This is only for your own safety, sometimes they are just old and wear out, sometimes there is a reason they blow. Have you added anything like aftermarket stereo or any electronics lately? Unplug the AC compressor as well as that may have shorted out internally and is causing issues with the AC that have caused fuses to blow. Keep us upto date on this issue and we will see where we can help. Good luck.
Tom

Its alive! Thanks so much Tom. I had previously checked all the fuses and they all looked good but I never actually tested them. I decided to list down the ones it could be and just swap them all out anyway. I found it could have a been fuses 1, 15, 21, 35 or 117 and possibly relay 2 I think. As soon as I swapped out fuse 21 I got all power back to gauges! I used http://www.fordfuse.com to find which fuses did what.
