Default 2004 STX tire size

Hey I am wondering what is the biggest tire I can run an a set of stock 20in wheels off a 2006 f150 without rubbing the uca or any other hardware, I can trim plastic if I need to. I am currently running 285/70/17 on stock wheels with a 2.5 in leveling kit installed, and have a set of the 20s im wanting to run. I am looking into 295/65/20 or 295/60/20.

Thanks for your help

I would stay with the 295/60. I run the 295/65 and rub inside the fender well but, only in reverse and at full lock... no UCA rub at all, 2.5 level. When I had 305/55’s had no rub anywhere.

35/12/20

if you go 35/12.50/20 they actually measure 13.4 wide... at least on the trail grapplers.

What about the 285/65r20 or the 285/60r20 would they be a better fit is just looked at what I am running now and they are only about a 1/2" from the upper ball joint.
